Our history

The origins of Grup Morera reside in Olot where, in 1955, Domènec Morera opened up a shop selling agricultural products. Over the years, the company has developed a wholesale trade under the name Morera Agrocomerç, which distributes seeds, animal feed, fertilizers and phytosanitary products. Today, the company has twelve outlets specializing in “products from the land and for the land”, distributed around the regions of Girona and Barcelona.

In order to diversify, in 2003 it created a company dedicated to grounds maintenance for the sports sector. RoyalVerd specializes in the football industry and today leads the market in construction and maintenance of grass pitches.

The group’s latest investments have focused on the tourism sector. Under the name of CM Restaurants i Allotjaments, the company currently operates two restaurants, a 4* hotel and 16 apartments, all located in the La Garrotxa region.
